By accessing or using Fire Suite Exchange ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Fire Suite Exchange is a marketplace that connects verified suite owners at Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, CO with buyers seeking suite tickets. The Platform facilitates listing and discovery of available suite tickets but does not process payments directly.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to list or purchase tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Suite owners must complete our verification process before listing tickets. This includes providing proof of suite ownership, which will be reviewed by our verification team.
4. Listings and Transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including event details, pricing, and seat availability. All ticket transfers are conducted via AXS Mobile Transfer.
Fire Suite Exchange does not guarantee the completion of any transaction between buyers and sellers. Transactions are conducted directly between parties. The Platform is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- List tickets for suites they do not own or are not authorized to sell
- Provide false or misleading information in listings
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including design, logos, and text, is the property of Fire Suite Exchange and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fire Suite Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed transactions, inaccurate listings, or unauthorized access to your account.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
