SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Messaging Program

Fire Suite Exchange offers an optional SMS notification service for verified suite owners at Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, CO. When you opt in, you will receive text message alerts about new ticket listings and price drops for events you are watching on the platform.

2. How to Opt In

SMS notifications are entirely optional. You can use Fire Suite Exchange without receiving any text messages. To opt in, you must take the following separate, explicit steps:

• Create an account at firesuiteexchange.com/register
• Add your phone number on your Profile page
• Click the "Send me SMS text notifications" checkbox in your notification settings
• Review and accept the SMS consent terms in the confirmation dialog that appears — you must click "I Agree — Enable SMS" to opt in
• Watch one or more events to receive alerts for those events

By clicking "I Agree — Enable SMS" in the consent dialog, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Fire Suite Exchange at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use all features of the platform without enabling SMS.

3. Message Types & Frequency

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

• New listing alerts — when a suite owner posts tickets for an event you are watching
• Price drop alerts — when a listing's price decreases for a watched event

Message frequency varies based on listing activity for your watched events. Typical volume is 0–5 messages per week during the concert season.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Disabling the "Send me SMS notifications" checkbox on your Profile page

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you re-enable the setting.

5. Help

For help or questions about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us through the bug report feature on the platform.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Fire Suite Exchange does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS notifications are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for delivering SMS notifications you have opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
